This overview lists all devices or hardware interfaces they are supported by homeVisu or any other application based on our framework.

 

PLC-BUS Interface PLCBUS-T 1141

 

The PLC-BUS (power line communication bus) is a power line based installation bus that sent the switching signals through the existing house wiring (power cable) without the need for new cables.

The PLC-BUS interface is available as RS232 or USB version and is used to connect a PC to the PLC-BUS. With the interface each PLC-BUS module can be controlled, its status queried and visualized.  

PLC-BUS features of the homeVisu device

  • The PLC-BUS device allows a PLC-BUS installation on all user code areas to control, visualize, configure and analyze
  • Setup the main address
  • Setup and delete scene addresses
  • check occupied addresses
  • check the signal strength
  • check the noise strength
  • rx-tx monitor to protocol bus communication

X10/PLCBUS Transfer Interface

With this X10/PLCBUS Transfer Interface (PLCBUS 4808G), you can use our PLCBUS controllers to control common X10 Receivers; and also can use an X10 controller to control our PLCBUS Receivers.
It is the translator of PLCBUS and X10 command signal.


Conrad RS232 8x Relay Board

There are 3 supported boards:

  • 967720: old model with 8x 24V relays (no longer available)
  • 197720: with 8x 24V relays
  • 197730: with 8x 230V relays    

It can be controlled up to 255 cascaded boards and so over 2000 relays per RS232 port.
Alternatively with the device instantiation can be used several boards on different RS232 ports or over multiple port servers. Theoretically unlimited boards and relays can be controlled.

The relays can individually switched ON or OFF or all relays can set at once with a bit mask.

ELV RS232-I/O-Board IO 88

 

The IO88 has 8 inputs and 8 outputs.

With the device instantiation multiple IO88 can be used simultaneously.

The outputs can individually switched ON or OFF or all outputs can set at once with a bit mask.

The inputs can be visualized and at a input state change starting the macro of buttons.

ELV USB-I/O-Interface UIO 88

 

The UIO88 is supported by the software device of IO88.
A driver for a virtual COM port must be installed so that the UIO88 can be used.
A current Windows FTDI drivers (CDM20802) for ELV UIO88, we will provide for download here.

The UIO88 has 8 inputs and 8 outputs.
With the device instantiation multiple UIO88 can be used simultaneously.

The outputs can individually switched ON or OFF or all outputs can set at once with a bit mask.

The inputs can be visualized and at a input state change starting the macro of buttons.

ELV LAN I/O-Board IPIO 88

The IPIO88 has 8 inputs and 8 outputs they are controlled over the network.

With the device instantiation multiple IPIO88 can be used simultaneously.

The outputs can individually switched ON or OFF or all outputs can set at once with a bit mask. The inputs can be visualized and at a input state change starting the macro of buttons.

ELV LAN-IP-Switch IPS 1

 

The IPS1 provides a 230V relay output which is controlled over the network.

With the device instantiation multiple IPS1 can be used simultaneously.
